We use Mixpanel, an analytics service, to help us understand how our app is used. We have configured Mixpanel to ensure no personally identifiable information (PII) is collected. All data is anonymized, and no sensitive or private information is transmitted.
Our app uses the Google Photos Picker API to allow users to select specific photos from their Google Photos library. The app only accesses the photos explicitly selected by the user. These photos are used solely for the purpose of setting wallpapers and are stored temporarily on your device. The app does not upload, share, or store your photos on external servers.

The Application integrates the Google Photos Picker API to allow users to select and download photos from their Google Photos library for use as wallpapers. The following information is accessed during this process:

• Photo Selection Data: The Application creates a temporary session using the Google Photos Picker API, enabling users to browse and select specific photos from their Google Photos library.
• Media Item Metadata: After the user selects photos, the Application retrieves metadata about the selected media items (e.g., base URL for downloading).
• Photo Download: The Application uses the base URL provided by the API to download the selected photos directly to the device for use as wallpapers.
• Primary Email Address: The Application accesses the user's primary Google account email address (.../auth/userinfo.email) to identify the user and associate their app usage with their account.
• Profile Information: The Application accesses basic profile information, including name and any publicly available data, to personalize the user experience.
• OpenID: The Application uses OpenID to securely associate the user's Google profile with their personal data on Google.

• The Application only accesses and processes this data for purposes of authentication, personalization, and functionality (e.g., identifying users and downloading their selected photos).
• No data is stored on external servers or shared with third parties. The Application does not upload or share any photos or data with external servers. All processing occurs locally on the user's device.
• Once the photos have been downloaded or the session is terminated, the temporary session is deleted using the Photos Picker API.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. The Application does not store or retain user data once uninstalled.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at christoph.altmann.dev@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
